I completed my Master’s degree in Bioinformatics at Saarland University, where I developed a pipeline titled “A Pipeline for Comparative Analysis of Machine Learning Approaches for Predicting Genotype-to-Phenotype Relationships.” I am now doing my PhD at the University of Lübeck as part of the SFB project. My current work focuses on the analysis of short- and long-read sequencing data to prioritise rare disease variants.
