MD-Scholarship

The IRTG is part of the Collaborative Research Center "Sexdiversity" (CRC 1665) and aims to train PhD and medical doctorate (MD) candidates as well as junior postdocs in studying and analyzing sex diversity from different angles, spanning the entire spectrum from molecular genetics to sociological, cultural and historical perspectives. Young scientists from the different disciplines are given the opportunity to acquire gender-sensitive competences already during their doctoral training and are enabled to practically implement sex and gender analysis in their own research.
